After telling them the problem, an appointment was made for a couple days later. The repairman was courteous, and explained what needed done. Parts were ordered, and when I anxiously called to enquire about it, they apologized for not contacting and gave me a time table as to when it would arrive. About two days later, they said the parts were in, and set an appointment for the man to fix the washer. Each time he called, his picture showed up so I'd know what he looked like. In less than an hour after arriving, the new parts were in, and it looked like I had a new washer. The repairman was very nice and friendly. Wish I'd become a customer sooner, with American Home Shield. Far as I'm concerned, they've got a customer for life.

I love it when a repair person shows up on time, is courteous and makes me feel ok about making a really dumb mistake!! The problem was fixed within 5 minutes and he didn't laugh once! Sounds silly, but making me feel like I'm actually not stupid meant a lot and I'll you every time.

Excellent Service. Gave us a discount because a part that had just been replaced a few weeks before quit working. Also gave us a discount on the service call. Very nice technician, came right on time and was very nice and super efficient. Highly recommend Moore Appliance Service!

They arrived on time, accurately informed us what was not working correctly and gave us options of what to do next as far as repair or replace. Whole thing took about 5-10 min. We went with new fridge. Will call on them again in future. 🙂

Very pleased with the service and the gentleman that came out to work on my frontloader the part was received in a timely manner and they contacted me right away to come back out and fix it. Was back up and running within the week.. great service and customer service!!!

We love the service provided by Moore and request them from our advantage plan. Our servicemen came in the rain during Hurricane Dorian and we were so shocked. Most companies would have rescheduled, he came with a smile. The Ferguson Family highly recommend Moore Appliance Repair.

On time for appointment. Service technician friendly and seemingly knowledgeable. Phoned manufacturer for diagnostic assistance and agreed dehumidifier could not be repaired. Provided written report which I forwarded to manufacturer for warranty claim. Within 10 days I had a replacement unit delivered.

The representative was very pleasant and professional. He even wiped off his feet on my doormat outside my door before entering (I really appreciated that. Other simply don’t care !) I’ve had a great experience with them.

We have used Moore Appliances for our washer, dryer and dishwasher! They have been absolutely amazing! They are extremely helpful and responsive. Whenever we have a warranty issue with a manufacturer I have always requested for them to send Moore to our home because they treat us so well! Thank you so much for all of your service! Every tech that has been sent to our home has been wonderful!

Tim has had to come to out to our place four times this month. The appliances had been breaking down one after the other.He's remained the same friendly person and thorough with his work.I'm sure I'll be seeing him again soon this month.He's great! He always calls when he's on his way and I really appreciate that!

Moore Appliance serviced our LG home fridge and freezer last week after it had quit. At only 4.5 years we were not expecting it to stop working. Their tech Justin came out the same day (Thurs) diagnosed the issue, ordered a new compressor which came in Monday and he installed on Tuesday. He was promt, professional and very knowledgeable. The price was fair and the work was excellent. I wish every service call for items in or around the house could be that easy! Thank you Moore Appliance and thank you Justin!

Found this company on Google. Needed to have my dryer door reversed. They were able to do it and gave me an appointment for service within 2 days. The technician was punctual, courteous and professional. Very pleased with the work and service I received.

Moore Appliance was great when I had some warranty work done on my microwave. Todd was very professional and they arrived when they said they would. Explained all the issues with the microwave. Replaced a variable speed switch on cook top. Difficult job....Repairman had to return with additional help. There was no additional charge for added labor. Earned my respect! I would highly recommend Moore.

I had issues with both of my fridges recently. Both times the Technicians at Moore Appliance Service we’re knowledgeable with both models of fridges that I have and immediately knew what the problem was. Moore Appliance went above and beyond for us. Our range had structural damage which caused the hinges on the oven door to seize up. Instead of replacing the hinges like other companies did, Moore Appliance photo documented the problem and worked with Whirlpool to replace the entire range at no cost to us. I highly recommend them for their attention to detail and the professionalism displayed by ther service techs.

I had left a message for a call back on the weekend. I received a call back on Monday before 8:15. They came to my house on Monday, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and were back by Wednesday to fix our appliance. The technician wore a mask, as did we. He was knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. We were very satisfied.

Very professional technician. He arrived on time and assessed the problem within five minutes. Coming prepared he had the repair parts on his truck. My ice maker started producing ice within the hour. The cost was very reasonable and the workmanship was high quality. I would highly recommend Moore Appliance Service to my friends and relatives.

Very prompt. Cameron was my Moore Tech and he was very professional, nice, thorough. Explained issues to me. Gave me some advise on how to keep my dryer in good, working condition (cleaning dryer vent more often then every 3 years 😊). Very pleasant experience.

Moore Appliance Service!...In my opinion, you are the very Best. Thank You so much. After coming to my aid, there can be no other. Everyone is so nice and understanding. From Amy and others whose names I am sorry that I forgot, to Cam W. who came by to take care of my situation. Everyone made me feel like we are all family and they were there to help. The price for service and parts as well as the time un which service was performed was well worth it. Should I ever have a situation dealing with any of my appliances... Moore Appliance Service you are the only one I will ever call. But of course, you know that as a home owner, I hope to never have to make such a call. So should I call... let it be to say "Hello, how are you and everybody, and to Thank You again, and to remind you that you are the very Best".

Our dryer was making a very loud noise when it ran, so I called MAS. They were out the next day, at the beginning of the service window they'd given me. The techs were friendly, professional, and efficient. They diagnosed the issue, explained to me what it was, and fixed it within about 15 minutes. Overall it was about as smooth as a service call can possibly be! I'll definitely be calling them for any future appliance issues, and would happily recommend them to friends!
