Awesome Baked Pork Tenderloin Recipe
This baked pork recipe with garlic, rosemary, and orange juice provides the sweet and savory flavors that complement pork tenderloin. Meanwhile, it’s easy enough to be a weeknight meal with enough show-stopping qualities for a Sunday dinner.
- 1 pkg of 2-2 ½ lbs. pork tenderloin (two tenderloins will be in the package).
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced in half lengthwise
- ¼ c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp. ground pepper
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 11×17 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place tenderloins in dish and, with a sharp knife, poke 6 holes on top of each tenderloin, each about 1 inch deep. Place a sliver of garlic in each hole. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over tenderloins. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, basting every ten minutes with the honey and soy sauce mixture to form a glaze. Allow tenderloin to rest for 10 minutes after cooking. Slice and drizzle with remaining marinade. Enjoy!
