How to Make Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 20 minutes | Yields: 12 sliders
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. King’s Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 rotisserie chicken, skinned, boned, and shredded
- 1 bottle Frank’s Red Hot Wings Sauce or Sweet Baby Ray’s Wing Sauce
- 12 slices of Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- Ranch dressing
- Prepared coleslaw
Once you have the ingredients it’s time to start cooking!
Instructions:
- Cut the rolls in half along the length.
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Place the bottom half of the buns in it.
- Add 1/2 of Swiss cheese slices to the bottom of the rolls.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken and Buffalo sauce.
- Spread the chicken mixture out so that it covers the entire surface area.
- Top with remaining cheese slices and then place the top half of the rolls on top.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Take it out of the oven, and add some Ranch dressing and coleslaw.
