How to Make Buffalo Chicken Sliders

These sliders are some of our favorites for big events and potlucks, but before we make them, let’s look at why we chose Buffalo sauce.

Where Does Buffalo Chicken Come From?

Buffalo chicken gets its name from the city of Buffalo, New York. The city is known for its hot sauce, which is used in the dish. The sauce is made with cayenne peppers, vinegar, and butter, and it gives the chicken its characteristic spicy flavor.

Why We Chose Buffalo Sauce

We love Buffalo chicken for its bold flavor and spicy kick. And what’s not to love about a dish that is both easy to make and can feed a large crowd? When it comes to game day recipes, we think Buffalo chicken sliders are the perfect option. They’re easy to eat, and they pack a flavorful punch that will leave your guests wanting more.
