- 1 (30 oz.) bag frozen hash browns, cubed
- 2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Combine hash browns, broth, soup, onion and pepper in the bowl of a slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or until potatoes begin to break apart. Add cream cheese and cook an additional 30 minutes. Stir to combine and top with chopped bacon, grated cheddar and/or sliced green onions.
